We have made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the photographs and descriptions of our jewellery, and we are confident you will be happy with your purchase from 925.

In the event you wish to return an item of jewellery please contact us by email to let us know and then return the item within 10 days of receipt. We will send your refund by return, assuming the jewellery is in unworn and undamaged and in the original packaging.

We will not refund any costs incurred in making returns, unless the return is the result of our error or the jewellery is shown to be faulty.

When returning your item, you are responsible for insuring the package for the full purchase price. We recommend that you return your item by Royal Mail Signed for service, which includes insurance. If you do not insure the package and keep a receipt of insurance you will be held responsible should any loss or damage occur. Proof of return posting is not proof of delivery and we will incur no liability for returned items which are lost or damaged in transit.
